Suggestions about admins checking forum

Hello.
On Admin Requirements,it says 2) Registered and active member on this forum. but I would like all admins to follow what's going on after they get admin and I think that's more important.
I would like you to ask it will be great if you can contact through admin group saying 'Please check forum regularly as an admin and stay active on it.'.

It seems like only same people are actually joining in conversations.
I had a long conversation with an admin in-game yesterday and he seemed wanna question about something you most likely won't if you were following this forum.
I hate repeating things,I hate explaining about my actions and I hate the fact some people seem only available to talk in-game.
I want all debates between admins "admin dramas" to stay on here when the person is not available for pms.

How could they stay alert for people rule breaking, new rules and etc if they never check the forums ?

Few guys seem to like talk/question about something we have been already discussed here and I checked they are not active anymore.
I understand your point about posting part but I just wish they can communicate in here instead of talking forever in game.
