Steam doesn't work!

Hey Guys!

Today in the morning, I wanted to start steam as usual. But totday steam won't open at all...if I start it (+as Administrator) nothing happend.

Is is because a auto steam update or something? I searched a lot about this problem in the Internet and other forums but nothing helps.

I hope you guys have some tipps and advices for me...

move your steamapps folder out of your steam folder and reinstall it.

Ctrl + alt + del, check for steam process and end if there. Start up steam. Happened to me a couple of times.

that was one of the other advices from other forums but ..I can't find any steam process there... steam just don't even start.

I have tried that before. My antivirus was blocking all download which means that Steam can't be opened.
What i did to solve this was simply just deactivating antivirus or reinstall it.
