The only most likely planet to be habited by humans in around few decades is Mars, it will be colonised and expanded, we would have to warm the planet up so that the water flows again and then we can plant plants.

Just put a reinforced dome and you'll be able to breathe, maybe have a warm place and build/dig for minerals.
