Slay cmd for TA?

First of all, it's possible to control which cmd you guys(owners) are giving for admins..correct?
Second of all, I haven't seen any other problems on the server except the time some players are delaying on purpose.
I can also call admins but since TA are trying to stay as active as possible,I think it will be helpful if TAs have slay cmd.
I think slay cmd shouldn't create a huge damage and TA are suppose to be trustworthy to start with.
What do you think?

If that happens then Ant can save his time for adding them into the admin team.
If you abuse as TA then you will abuse as admins as well.
