When recording a demo, you may want to remove hud and all info like ammunition info and chat.
Then you want to work on quality.
Other than this, nice frags.

No need removing HUD and shit like that since this isn't like any professional video from CoD or something.

Demo ui, virtual dub, MEgui, Sony Vegas Pro and then you got best quality.
WMV format and HD quality.
