Ridiculous Processor

I have found why the processor fails hard when i am connected to a server in hl2dm...
thing is very simple.

I open the task manager and go to perfs, and it shows the CPU usage is at 26%, kind of normal when the game is open...
Then, i tab out of the game, and move my mouse in circle for 5 seconds, and my CPU reaches ~86% usage, and goes back to 26% when i stop...
I think gaben messed up the game with something about the mouse, not sure what...
It was working like a charm before the last updates... now i can't play due to accumulating lag...

Any advices on that?
Because when the game is closed, and i move my mouse, it's like my CPU doesn't care that i move my mouse and atay at 10% usage, as it should...

I suggest buying a new processor like me, I need a new one since this duo core 2.4 ghz is shit.

Not everybody is rich to buy super fast processors, yes maybe they cost not a lot for you guys but for some people... they can't afford it.
For example if my dad saved money I would have a better computer by now... but no.

my comp is old old. had it when i was inb grade 5~6, now i'm at college. xD
And i noticed that npcs are also taking LOT of the CPU usage... created a scanner, and lag was exponential.

My laptop processor is 2.4 duo and guess what it perfectly runs Black ops 2 on max details and resolution , only shadow is on medium

Learn the differences. My laptop 1.6 Ghz i7 is A LOT better than a 4 Ghz Pentium 4.
