GUI colors

I need some help with this.
I searched for that, but all what i found was crappy information about hud.

what i want to change is these windows;

That grey is killing me over time... And i can't seem to find the right place to edit that...
I tried navigation in ClientScheme.res thing, but I couldn't find the good thing.

Any help?
Keep in mind that what i say is not static, it is dynamic.
Years, months, weeks, and days after i say something, i can say the opposite.

Couldn't get it with GCFscape.

Did you mean ClientScheme.res?
or i will need to create the file?
