Remove system that switch you to combine when playing alone

When playing alone and waiting for players to join it's god damn annoying that you have to rejoin everytime you die. Nick or Ant can you possibly remove it when there's one player on the server? Me and probably other players just want to leave until more ppl comes on if they have to do it all the time.

Not sure if it's abuse, but I usually just combine ban myself until people join.
