I would say No.

Pretty much same opinion as Papa.
1. Not enough hours.
2. Broke rules a lot.(Randomly pressed or stole buttons.)
3. Being pretty immature/nasty to people.
It's ok as a normal player but not ok as an admin.
Start acting mature especially to admins and maybe you will get it in the future since you are active.

I vote no, after seeing what he does on our servers (City 8 RP) when he gets demoted from admin for abusing, he doesn't deserve to be admin, he will spam a lot and rage out.
It's better if you won't accept him in the first place until he has proven he is worth this rank.

Reasons :

-Not mature enough, not at all.
-Broke rules alot of times or bypass them.
-Being bad to people.
-Not listening to admins when they tell you to stop.
-Spamming your sentence each minute (Is running on the nerves of everyone).
-Not enough hours.

I trust Demon if he says that he was a bad admin on the other server, I don't see why he would lie there.

I know that I can't judge because theses times I'm not on, but I can remember him from our past games.

Seems to me like alot of people are copying other people's replys.

But if what Demon really said is true then I will have to say no, in additional he doesn't meet the age requirment and the time played.

I don't know about spamming.
But what I saw was him getting upset over other people(included me) pressing buttons when he said free in a last minute.
So he raged and started to steal all buttons when me and pech were on em.
I actually saw that few times until very recently.
And also started to randomly press so people can't press.
I haven't seen him doing it anymore though (except being nasty part).

breh. I see him be mean to me all the time, I don't know about her, but I believe her, but hes so very mean to me. Plus he don't have hours.

Today he changed his name to "Hi i'm Demon, where's the cake" and started to make fun of me and making fat jokes about me.
This shows his maturity, he also started to spam fat jokes that players didn't want to listen to because they weren't funny so rex gagged him on the command of me and other players.
So he started to avoid it by using /color chat.
His behaviour is getting worst each day. Spamming, abusing, fail trolling, raging.
Nightmare rex can back me up.
