Re: Windows 7 vs Windows 8
Depends.
Windows 7 and Windows 8 are very different OS-es with different target computers, as well as users. From my point of view, Windows 8 has it's few good sides, but it's mostly touch screen oriented, and as I don't have a touch screen monitor around, I'm going for Windows 7 as Windows 8 is made with touch gestures in mind. I was on a trip in Dell factory in Łódź, and I had a lot of computers around. Mostly with Windows 8. Big screens, Small screens, Touch screens and such. I saw a Windows 7 computer with a touch screen, I used it for a while, and then I tried to do the same tasks on a Windows 8 one. In windows 7 it took me a little bit longer, I had to press more buttons, and some UI elements were just too hard to click, and basically I had to use my FINGER as MOUSE while on Windows 8 It was way easier, as everything was bigger and more clear to find, it was made for touching. At first I was confused with the touch gestures but I kind of got used to it. I went to some other computers without touch screen and repeated these tasks, now, in 7 it was easier for me, while I found trying to repeat the touch gestures with mouse on Win 8 – PAIN.
Windows 7 on a tablet? Maybe, but Windows 8 on a normal computer with a normal screen – well, that just seems wrong to me. That’s my honest opinion.

Windows XP ftw.
Still runnin' it ohn mah good old computer, never had any problem with it, fit me well, the icons n all became usual to me so all's right for me with windows XP, lol.The others are...shit.I think.
Some games does not runs on windows XP or graphic cards needs a more advanced system, but atm as i have an Xbox360, games that don't run on the pc are played on the Xbox.
So, Windows XP FTW
And fuck tablets, iPhones, iPads, or shit like that, that's useless, som uch useless that I can't even find an apppropriate word for it.
I don't even own a phone, lol Still using cabins for dat but they dissapear and thats sad Whatever, meh opinions are said !

People saying Windows XP is better than Windows 7 are just too poor to afford a decent computer.

Haha.Nope, I'm not too poor, I just like Windows XP cuz I think he's better than the other versions and I don't want to spend my money on things that I find useless to me.
Conception of the "good" and the "bad" are just different in every of us .Deal with it.

Windows Vista, 7 and 8 are more better than XP even though I like XP.
But stay on topic.
