Trolls and dramas are something you can't control and should be ignored but that whole jumpers situation is controllable.

Nothing Wrong here at all. Only thing is pattern shows that saying "You should start respecting Ant" will lead to more on the impulse, fueling the fire responses that should have been more thought out and reasoned. Can't control that but you can help prevent it.

I expect more shit to come anyway, but at least now you can see what causes the shitstorms and people like Ryu and I to resign... Seriously, Chill out.

I except Ryu to respond this post to tell me if he agree or not.
In short, you have quit because of all the bitchfest on forums and server.
We try to make our job, but players are rude toward the admin who used a command on a player.
Of course, some will take it as a man and ignore it but other admins will just gag them for no apparent reasons.
Though, I didn't see this alot, just saying, but I agree with you that we would have kept old admins, I wouldn't be an admin today, conclusion, the server mood would be better, right?
I'm not talking about old times, but I'm saying that in the past, we had mature people, mature admins that know how to deal a situation with someone.
Nowaydays, we got bitchfest topics, stupid admins (including myself) and trolls everywhere, reason Ryu left.
Ant got enough of all your shit, including all the work I give him with my maps.
If I were Ant, IP range ban would be applyed.

I actually think 'you and Ryu' are reacting a bit more than other people.
People are still playing and having fun at the server.
That's all matters.

Ok, here's my tought about it.

1) - Respect Ant
2) - Aya and Stunt are totally right,I agree with them.
3) - We have common sense and rules.We admins know how to do our job.If someone is harassing you for that, then gag/mute him or ignore him.
4) - Enjoy the server, yes we are here to make the server peaceful but we can enjoy it too.I wish there was an /offduty commands for admins that just want to de-stress and play without having a storm near them.
5) - Exo's topics should be ignored.

He quit, his choice. Perhaps he doesn't find deathrun fun anymore, or he's just bored for now. No admins have been fighting, players have always been as hateful as before. Depends on the time he's on.
There was a time before where Ryu was one of the admins who actually watched 3-4 people getting votebanned by players votes while he simply just ignored it.(Basically 2 ppl were talking on the mic trying to get random players votebanned 4 fun and they succeeded.)

The server is just like as before, the only differance are a couple more competive players.

What I am really getting most tierd of is clueless, inexperienced, dumb people or attention whores.
Many servers actually shuts down after so much drama from the players because owners simply can't find hosting servers up for a bunch of crybabies fun anymore. I've been on alot of servers during the time I played cs 1.6, talking about times before many of you guys actually had a computer or internet home. I've been on servers who actually shut down for reasons like this.

Deathrun has been up for 3 years and I really salute Ant and Nick for actually still having it up. People are crying over everything, drama, maps, admins etc.
People are lacking respect, so have about respecting what qualities we actually do have on the server or trying to improve the problems around instead of crying about them.
How about people don't quit and try to fix the issues they don't like and stop making all those dumb retierment threads or good bye topics which is even more annoying.
