They are not, I was on today and they are unbanned. Not sure by who.. maybe by Broskii or MyBack I am thinking, but I might be wrong.
I doubt it was anyone like travis, goomba, or blade, because they are more hesitant to free them from commands like that, especially when they are the ones who want it.

Diehard is still banned because he deserved the ban and he'll stay banned.
I gave Demon a last chance as combine.
Excuse me if you disagree with me having Demon unbanned.

Sometimes it might be more then 2 rounds of free but it's because I'm afk.
