This game I played long ago had a shoutbox but you have to register on the site so no random people spamming it and they had the server admins as forum administrators who can silence and ban people who spam or break rules in the shoutbox. It worked out good and the shoutbox was a fun place to be. It sat at the top of the forum page it wasn't a seperate thing from the site so it often had people chatting in it. People who were server and forum mods were called global mods. They had abunch of forums ranks some based on how many posts you have others on how long you have been registered and stuff. They had abunch of other stuff too but that's not the point. But I'm just sayin...

Bro. Then do ye have chatrom bro? Nerrmind no debate here your site. But what about this mobile business, someone suggested a tapatalk plugin? Or any other things you maybe thinking? Also even if you can't do it it's ok because we can already get it mobile just asking for a more mobile style for mobile devices. Just say because I don't think everyone is comprehending we already can get on mobile it's not about having to wait to get to a computer. It's about giving mobile a different look that's more mobile friendly.
