New srceen.Problem.Halp pls.

Heya everyone, just got a new screen, a tv screen that can display the desktop when this one is on, and the Xbox when I put the desktop on "off" and this one on "on".'Cuz I don't have much place in my room.My computer is a 2008-like computer, but hand-made, with scrap and all, but it always worked fine since this year.

But now - Problem ! I saw it like a big trollface displaying on this Toshiba screen.The quality of my desktop is extremely low, pixels, pixels everywhere.In-game that change absolutely nothing exept for some games like Far Cry 2 where I can't see the HUD anymore.Whatever.Plus the low quality when browsing internet, desk, and sh*t, the quarter of my screen is trimmed by a large black band...Idk what happens.Is it because the TV screen is larger than my last pc screen ? Is it the memory card, the graphic card that bugs ?

My actual screen resolution (The best one that I could found) is 1440 x 900.My old one was 1624 x 1200.My TV screen's one is 1920 x 1080.They said HD but i donb't see any HD when playing with my computer (I'm actually typing and all with this screen).My old PC screen was 22" , this one is the same, exept that it's a little bit larger.

If your screen is showing a smaller version of what you see on your screen try re-adjusting the resolution.
Please take a photo it could help people help you.

Open "run", type "dxdiag", let it run then open "Display" tab and post a screenshot or type the info here.

Ok, no screen finally (It is in french and idk how to take a screen ), but here's what it shows (Thanks Ant) :

Remarks :
.Ati2dvag.dll file has no digital signature, which means that it has not been certified by WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs). You need to get a WHQL-certified driver from the manufacturer.

To remind you : My TV/PC screen's resolution I actually use and where there's a problem when I run PC on it is 1920 x 1080.

i still confused as to what the actual problem is. Cant you just set ur desktop resolution to 1920x1080 to fill the TV screen size? Or is that size not showing up as an option?

Also, ur ATI drivers are old. Maybe try updating and if it doesnt work, rollback.
