Today, I said I wouldn't use any admin commands.
Had to use 3 commands.
Enough for today.
Lock, swagga, I said sorry to you.
But there is no way to spam everytime "umad bro" each time someone dies, even though there is player mute.
I don't consider this abuse because playing you sounds twice as I saw in your demo, would be abuse.
I haven't ban you either pmuted you yet, but it's up to ant.
For you stermy, you said I was fully retarded, and brain damaged, daddy was there, and obviously is going to say that I'm saying crap, but I said to bean I don't keep retarded people in my friend list, you started insulting me and provoking me, so you got gagged.
Oh yeah, I was going to ungag you, but you left as soon as I opened chat.

I played on a dm server, 1 got speedhack, vac did nothing.

First here we got the picture, featuring Goomba, which is encouraging the players on the server, to voteban me. ( Again, most of the text is on danish, so if Daddy could read it, it would be good. )


Secondly, we have Goomba, again encouraging people to voteban me, and another dude.


The final picture is a kick reason that i got, when i did voteban against Goomba. ( I had a reason btw. and he didn't when he did a voteban against me. )

I had reasons, you are provoking me.
I'm getting enough, you're like swagga, you provoke admins so they can use commands on you so you can report them.
Voteban was for the exact same reason.
Stop it because next time it's a ban.

The more I read, the more I'm convinced Abusement is happening...

Playing sounds to see what he does?
Definitely not OK

Having to try and use as little commands as possible?
Aren't you supposed to do that anyway?

PLAY as a normal player.

I still feel like Swagga provokes people (which he does, Hence the "YouMad" spam all the damn time)
But I also feel he isn't completely wrong, if he's annoying everyone, just mute him. (it's lifted on map change anyway)
If he can't deal with being muted he'll leave or report here, which Wouldn't be a big deal... People don't get admin removal for one mute

What's comes to the end is the peoples view on this situation.
For me playing sounds to a player just to mess around isn't abuse. But again thats my view just like awesomedude sees it in a other way.
In the end this topic isn't a valid enough reason to remove him as admin.

So here is atm the unecessary commands used by goomba:
-x5 sounds
- Immidiatly gagging some1 after being called a noob

The remaining thing is to check the logs for atleast 1 month back to see if Goomba have been using more unecessary commands which could lead up to a admin removal.

I am just saying that it was unecessary, like those commands could have been avoided. Depends how people look at this usage too. I don't fully know the whole situation you had with Stremy, but for the episode you had with Swagga that's not abuse in my view. 5 sounds can hardly do any harm and for all I know you just played it to mess with him just like he was messing with you.

When I looked the demo, only 2 sounds were played.
But there were 3 before he was recording demo.
So yeah, 5.
Stermy were just provoking me, this could be avoided yes, so next time, I'll mute him with player menu.
