I think this plugin should be added because it will show the top speed of all the players in the current map, with this new plugin players will compete with each others to find them self's on first place, this plugin can also be useful to show the players current speed. Set the plugin up so it shows Units/Second. In that way people will know how many units (Measurement of the game) they can go past in a second.

Edit:
The top speed of the players can be shown by the command !topspeed. It shows the top 3 and your personal top speed.

I really can't disagree with that since its the truth.
The speed meter will only add competition and not everyone here wants more of that.
Besides do we even need more HUDs...
