I do not know what to say, maybe what I will say now you will seem strange but as you know Demon abused and learned from his mistakes and of course he received a second chance. Maybe Goomba changed too ...

You had loads of chances and you even (basically) ignored anyone that told you to stop abusing, even other admins. Maybe if you change, but this is definitely way to early imo.

I can't say it with a classy english,but it's understandable he can had some bads days with his parent's problems.
