paint.NET noob. Could use alittle help.

I want my text to like glow, not alot just alittle. I made the backround black so it looks like the letters are lighting up so you would see it giving off alittle glow and lighting up alittle bit of the edges.

Effects -> Photo -> Glow

I scrapped Paint.NET after i got my new PC for GIMP, its better but its up to you what you use for image editing alls im saying is GIMP has more options.

Back from the dead too, eh?

I have used the Glow option but still nothing good. I can try again but doubt it will have any promising results.

I don't know how many options Paint.NET has, but can't you get a glow picture from Google Images and make a overlay ?

Go into the effects, go into glow, turn the intensity to maxed, brightness to about middle, contrast to about lower third, then apply. Then just do repeat glow under effects until you get what you want.
