paint.NET noob. Could use alittle help.

Hey guys, I am using paint.Net to make more interesting sprays (From Garry's Mod, still cool. Whatever, fuck you.) and I am just thinking I should add more...style to it. Thats right, STYLE, BABY!

And I came across a Tutorial on like doing the thing I did already.

Thing is, I wanted to make a glow for the picture but appearently all of those are in German and they don't work for shit. I saw Nutty had skill on Neon but I didn't understand on that. So what I am currently asking for is, how do I make a Font glow? And yes, I know the glow effect doesn't come from the Font.

Currently, I am working on 1 but the thing is only sharing colors, not glowing. And when I was messing with the Glow option on the layer 2, it only fucked up the colors so I redid, left it alone and waited for help. Which is you :3

idk how about sprays, but with models I've turned everything into alpha not including that what i wanted to glow and then in VMT

Effects -> Photo -> Glow

I scrapped Paint.NET after i got my new PC for GIMP, its better but its up to you what you use for image editing alls im saying is GIMP has more options.
