For admins when it says, "Must be an active member on this forum" does it mean we have to post alot here?

There's no point in making a minimum post limit because people will just spam the forums with even more shit just to hit that requirement. Active on the forums would be mean, like what thomas said, just check in even so often, stay up to date, and post to whatever topics to can add to.
