I understand it's hard making exception for 1person.
BUT
-I see him everyday on the server(If you don't see him it's timezone or you just not on)
-He knows a lot about server and stuff more than me
-He is already like admin to me since he is so helpful,ask me to come in to ban ppl,warn people and help new players
-Very mature,never rages
-Very fun to play with and pretty much everyone loves him

Please please please give him a chance to start from a trial admin.
Many people applying this time but he is one of the best choices.

11years mature player who enforced by rules > 15years immature player who is not enforced by rules

His telling Aya to come into the server when someone are doing some shit and needs to be warned/kicked/banned for the players action.

You guys need to stop thinking so much about the age, Ant and Nick even said themself that the age requirement isn't that important, it's about how mature the person is. No offence but Littleme is way more mature than some current admins. Make him trial admin and watch how he handles it, just like you did what the other people. I would strongly suggest adding Littleme as admin.
