I know alot of 15 year old danish people who suck at English. I even know some 17 year olds who are worse than him. I'm not going to vote on this one, too many variables. I would definitely have to see more votes before deciding

He is a very shy player,yes.
He doesn't talk much but I play with him everyday in dr and dm also.
He understands English well and he can speak ok when he speaks.
He can actually talk a lot when he wants to.
This application is very short but at least he did it right(used the right form).
He is one of the kindest,often warns players for breaking rules,help new players I vote Yes
