Contacted Stream support got key wrote under portal 2 product key made photo sent it got new clarification email and password

Believe it or not, Steam Support does work AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PROOF. Back when i first joined steam, i also got my current account "hacked" (not really, just stupid phishing site, cuz i was new). I send in proof of my Orangebox purchase and i got my account back in 4 days.
