Spawn Kill

As you know all, as spawn kill has been added. It's cool, but there is one problem. If one person dies at spawn, it kills everyone and it gets annoying ; here what I suggest : If less than half people dies in spawn area within 10 seconds, the can respawn 1 time without it kills everyone, it will be better and less annoying when people plays.

The plugin is coded to respawn everyone if 5 or more people die within 3 seconds of the round starting. Spawn killing is a game issue, not a map or plugin problem so this is the only fair way to deal with it.
