Despite his two lacking requirements, Stuntman is a very mature lad. I can't really imagine him exploiting his powers since there's no reason to think he would. He never breaks any of the !rules and gets along well with the other players.

I say yes. Im surprised he isnt admin yet. Hes very mature and very active.
