For these and any coming admin applications, if one is to say no, could you please say why? All three of the no's on my application, as well as many other comments, are just "no, sorry" or "No, maybe next time" Now, I do admit to doing this once. But could we all be a bit more like aya, and right a mini-paragraph saying why?

The people who are given no's will probably learn more this way, feel better about themselves from yes's and just become a better player and/or admin in the future. Thanks. Again, don't wanna sound like a priss.

yea, it's stupid and useless just to say "no" for no reason.
but you should also give a reason when saying "yes" because "yes, because he's awesome" is NOT a reason and just a "yes" is not enough. Or even more stupid "yes, because all the others say yes too". "You just went full retard."

I didn't say no cause I didn't know Thomas. I just didn't know enough information, so I didn't cast my actual vote until later, when I learned more stuff.
