1) Your name is full of boxes, it does not make sense.
2) When they ask you for you Steam ID you go to a server (No matter which) and type in console "Status" (Without "") and then copy the part which says, "STEAM_0:0:00000000"
3) I think you are are mature and responsible enough to become an admin, other than that you are a good player to be around with and also you are a pro, not really active but if you keep up high activity it will be fine.
For now my vote is Maybe. If you prove to me that you are worth being admin my vote will be a Yes.

You have also not meet all the requirements. You need 10hrs more and then you have 8days play time. For now it would be a no for me.

When I'm admin (check it out on css deathrun/minigame server) I'm not very immature. Ok, I am immature but I'm not a noob and I know how to control myself.
