I don't see him lately so being inactive is a problem.
Also constantly trolling on mic or spamming by playing music even after got warned/muted is a problem.
(not lately though..well maybe because he doesn't come to the server anymore.)
So I can't really say he is enforced by rules.
I don't think he will abuse but this time if Ant and Nick are really looking for active players who will stay active,as I see I think there's other players who should be one.

REALLY not often he's breaking rules in any possible way.

I think Ant/Nick should give him a chance, because Thomas really changed since last application!
