Sm_forcerules
I know this has been suggested before, but i can't see why you wouldn't add a plugin that shows the rules for 10-15 seconds, if it's the first time you connect to the server. I often see admins having to warn new players and tell them to read the rules, so if you won't add that feature, maybe you could add a new command that will act the same way, also for approximately 10 to 15 seconds, which admins could use on whomever is breaking the rules. Could be sm_forcerules or /frules <playername>. Now that i'm posting anyways, what's the status on the effects + spectator mode plugin? Thanks

Re: Sm_forcerules
Good idea, it would be helpful a lot but it does not have to have a time limit.
They can just press Oki.
But I see why you put a time limit so that they cant close it straight away.

I can easily add like a sm_showrules <name>. But you can't control how long they look at the motd window.

Sm_showrules
Although I'm not admin, that would be great. If something all the sudden pops up on your screen, you would probably check it out before pressing okay (or whatever it is). Thanks Antant_8490 wrote:I can easily add like a sm_showrules <name>. But you can't control how long they look at the motd window.

Yea, it's a good idea. To many people just ignore the rules now, especially with free passes/delaying.
