Well if it's really true that he wants to start over again then I want to see some changes.
If that happends then I will probaly revote for his next admin application.
Now he could be just like "I want a new start" just so he can get more voters and lets say if he gets his admin then he could go back to being immature + the other things that he usually does like I posted in a post earlier.

I don't think your ready for this position. There have also been some times that I seen you break the GR terms and being an administrator requires full respect to Area 51. Also, after seeing the reports from admins, I say your not ready. You can always try to re-apply when apps open again.
