Can you add a ignore plugin so players can just ignore what other people write?
The thought behind it is that I want a plugin where I can just ignore some of the players chat typing.

I like this idea, theres alot of times I just want to completely ignore certain people who annoy the hell out of me.

Yeah, kind of like the mute players option in the game menu except in this case it applies to chat.
