Can not make town

I know this is very uncommon, and I heard someone talk about another player with the same problem. So here's mny basics: I typed /money and I get this:


Now, as you see I have over 2,000 dollars, so I could probably afford a new town. So I type /town new EagleEmpire, and get:


I do know I am in Wilderness for sure, so I don't know what is going on. Do I have to be in the server for a certain amount of time or something? My location, in case you want it is:

Type /r and /money and see if they match up. If not, then make sure u havent changed the Caps in your name. Towny is case-sensitive while /money is case-insensitive.

Thank you for the fast reply Ant, and sorry for not answering sooner. I typed /r and saw that Towney has my first letter capitalized along with only 30.00, so I changed it in Player Name when MC starts to match. Then I did type /r and /money again. They did match this time. Thank you for the help!
