its a skin... not a model...
so its meant to replace the default hl2 citizen models, not a new standalone model that can be downloaded

I cant find another one on gamebanana or garrysmod

Log Man, Snow Man, and Robot should have working arms/legs... it works on my test server but not the real DR server so ill have to figure that out.
