You're using the wrong format. Use the one that says unban request format.

Nah, this is a combine ban. Talk with an admin IN the server about this. Im pretty sure Rusty banned you from combine.

There is a reason you got banned from combine, most of the time the things ppl do are common sense no no's. Such as taking ppl's buttons...srsly if a person is there don't press it... If you were glitching then chances are you were warned.
