i say no, i see him on the server all the time yes, but he just doesn't know enough English. its an english server so understand the basics of it instead of making no sense, im sorry jared your a great guy yet you just need to learn more english

It's better to make a new one.
But you are nice and friendly on the server, I think positive of you.
But reason I don't say yes, it's because of the following question: Are you really ready to be admin?
Trying responding to this type of question seems easy at all, but thinking about it can harder than you're thinking.
Take some time analyzing if you're really ready to reach that state.
Since it's your admin application, I don't doubt you'll say you're ready, but in other circumstances, well... you should consider waiting a bit more.
You are already a nice player, but being nice, friendly or/and helpful just to have want you want just shows that you don't deserve having admins privileges.
As I am talking, I have already been admin but abused, so I got removed. Then later, re-applyed, failed. Then a third time, I got it.
At this time, I stopped making shit and thought about my situation as admin.
What I hear by that is to not use too much admins commands for fun.
I know it can be fun to use sm_play (because I love sm_play), but you have to know when to stop.
It's just an example.
I won't add a lot of explanation because I don't want you to read a lot because of your capacity to read.
But, I will stick to neutral and I will stay on it.
