There are no good or bad admins these days, as long as his activicity is good then he deserves admin.

Denied - I can understand some issues with typing at times since this is an international server, but your english is just too broken. I personally have not been able to easily understand any statement you have made on here so far. Communication with players on the server is important, so i dont think you would be able to effectively do this.
