Well this was a rather comedic thread to read through.
All I see is a lot of hate toward someone who obviously made a few mistakes in the past. Now, I wasn't on the server around the time he was 'causing problems', but I'm pretty sure that talking too much and getting a little too angry can be expected from most of the negative people in this thread. I'm sure most of you could also have done the same as Demon, given any number of surrounding pressures. What IF YOU were in his position?
Through all the hate in this thread, I can see that Demon is handling your aggression and negativity well. He obviously has better control over his emotions than he did in the past. That's more than can be said for some of you, naming no names. The past. Perhaps those who doubt his abilities should pay more attention to posts from the Owners. As Nick said, You should focus on the present, not the past, and perhaps the future. From his post, he's obviously contributing positively towards the server, making content for other players, etc.
I feel that an admins job isn't just about keeping the other players in line, but more specifically, making the server more enjoyable. Yes you can do that by removing the spammers, cheaters and abusive members of the community, but for the most part, any active admins can do that. Demon seems to be producing content to keep the server fresh and active, and so making it more enjoyable.
Now Demon 'reincarnate' isn't perfect, as with anyone. Just above my post, where he linked his previous admin application; That was a bit childish. But then again, a few of the other admins seem to be slipping to, as Aya responded aggressively, perhaps when she shouldn't have.

As I know I can't trust you all not to bring it up, no, I'm not friends with Demon, and I do not communicate with him. Do not assume I am sticking up for him. You just need to see the other side of the argument once in a while. If you cannot cope with the idea of co-admining with someone you dislike, grow up and leave. Ant and Nick don't need childish admins who can't keep their emotions to themselves spoiling the atmosphere on the server.

If you ever did then I'm sure you didn't write what you just wrote.

Yes, yes I have played plenty of deathrun with him.
Not enjoyable? How so? I've seen no problems with his ability to administrate the server. So the only way he could really affect you is what he says? C'mon, surely deathrun admins know about the ingame mute function...

Omg... Just because I got pmuted and left doesnt mean nothing. I could as well be on vacations that time. Seriously. I wanted to leave take a break. My virtual life is not only deathrun, its also gmod too. I didnt pay for that game not to play it. I got it because I wanted to play it.

So it wasn't only Demon I'm not saying but he was also a reason why he left :-!

JUST remember... that us admin are not supposed to mute players because, then we can't hear if a player mic spams...
Also when we makes mute votes the answer is yes to mute him
