I think that Ant does really only chooses new/trial admins seeing the votes of the admins/former admins.
And with a such new and unknow guy as Pech I doubt his vote without any reason will be counted...

Additional Comments (optional):I know quite a few commands , I'm an extremely experienced admin and I'm reliable.

He's active and he seems to be a mature player, I can't currently find any reasons to why he shouldn't get accepted.

I've seen this guy rage a lot. There's no doubt that I would never accept this guy as an admin, if It was on my own server.
One time he started to rage on some person that just joined, he kept typing shit about him for at least 5 minutes. The only reason as to why he did it, was because one of his internet friends disliked the person.
