Windows 7 vs Windows 8

I have both a Windows XP and a Windows 7 connected via KBM switch. I kept my XP when i upgraded because there are some software I use that are too old to work on 7. I would NEVER use windows 8 for anything but mabye a phone, however.

There's 2 windows 7 computers in my house, 2 vistas, 3 broken computers win98 and xp portable.
I liked the portable XP, was easy to use, no stupid popup to annoy you "do you authorise bla" or "something made so that this thing here stoppd working for no apparent reasons" -(c'min comp, we're in the same situation, u're not my brain!). So i hate wndows 7 and 8 because they are too user-friendly (oups, KID friendly. (OUPS, 2-6-Years-old-friendly)).

Too much shits coming for nothing, i loved HTML style pages... now stuffs are made out of Flash, all laggy and shits... I loved how it was in windows 98, didn't have to worry, either the page pops up in less than a second, otherwise the computer froze on the page (which happened once i think, blue screen and restart won and that's it). Needs a best operation system that would be HYPER basic, on which we add our own functionalities.
Java powered computers would be nice.
