What about real life abusing? Old persons can abuse of young lady you know.
So same thing in games, everything can happen.

But well, we don't have powers for nothing too...
Everytime we use it on someone bad, the person says it's abuse because we uses our power on him. It's not always our fault...
Keep in mind that what i say is not static, it is dynamic.
Years, months, weeks, and days after i say something, i can say the opposite.
