Duh? i am not like the others.. first i am not using admin like warning everybody not missing with me and blah blah blah.. i was admin at some places first i will warn player that breaking the rules and if he wont listen i will kick him..

I don't know if it's your understanding level or you just to take things personally very easily.
I wasn't attacking you or guessing you will be a bad admin as something like I said...
I was giving you advices by looking at what happened in the past.
Oh well.

ban only if he will get kick 3 times and he will break the rules again am i right?

Depends on what situation you are talking about.
I don't really get what you exactly wanna say but admins don't kick a player 3times.
It really depends on the situation.
But you seem to know what to do already?

First i didnt say you attcking me i know you gave me advice!. i just said that just for let you know that i mean that player breaking the rules non stop, like he got kick right? he come back and doing it again like clicking on all the buttons so he will get kick again then when he come back and doing that again so he will get ban am i right aya?.
