Actually, if player is pro in-game doesn't mean he should be admin, its about if the person suits admin position or not and actually a job as admin is important
You don't get admin job to play around and use commands randomly, its to stop problems going on in the server and deal with rule breakers.

he only get denied cause he was inactiv but now he always try to be number 1 by adminstats so now he is activ
