Town Upkeep?

One Last question how can I Permanently remove plots so I can replace them?

remove town plot:
/plot unclaim (only the person who claimed it can do this)
/plot nfs ("notforsale")

remove town block:
/town unclaim

Also, you can find most of these commands by doing: /town ?, /plot ?, etc.... Use "?" after a command whenever your not sure what to do.
