That Problem is i dont be quiet all the time... Many players Know i can be activ but sniper is a Person who never Talk to us.... much.

So at all its difficult to Know his real charackter.

I've seen him on the server almost every time I'm on.
I don't think he's 16 though, and also have seen a bit of rule breaking, not much, but a little.
Try harder on the application next time, sorry.
