If you go to A51 Cheat and Build Server and type in "thirdperson" in console you will see magic.

Why is sm_noclip in there? You already have that.

Jetpack is useless if you have noclip.

sm_bring and sm_goto would be very usefull. Then you don't need grab since you can just bring someone.

May I add Thirdperson is unlikely since the thirdperson command needs the sv_cheat cvar enabled otherwise you gotta use the trick of making the game think you are spectating your self. With the spectating trick it's very glitchy / slow moving around.

This kinda works the same as infinite sprint for combines...

Ugh, no infinite sprint is based on a server network property which doesn't require sv_cheats all it does is reset your AUX (sent to each client as a network property)
