Perhaps a trial period would be a good idea. The main issue with young admins is a misunderstanding of circumstances, and inappropriate use of powers.

I looked at your ranklist page, and it says almost 10 days gameplay but only 70 connections. Somethings not right. I checked on gametracker.com, and the combined total for your name is around 12 hrs. Also your community profile is not even set up... so your not even in [GR]?
