First, put in console: cl_downloadfilter all; cl_allowdownload 1. Then rejoin the server and see if anything downloads. If it does, you may still have to restart your game after to clear the cache if there are still texture problems (purple/black textures).

If that still doesn't work, I have uploaded 2 zip files containing all the custom content (materials, models, sound) from both servers on this page:
http://www.area51cheatserver.com/downloads.php

Just download the pack you need, extract the folders in the zip to your hl2mp folder, and restart your game.

Do you have an explanation for this?

This happened only upon joining the cheat/build server. It was fine when I connected to deathrun.

I don't think so.
Maybe just a random guy that decided to broke it...If DDos, I assume that some builts would have been lost as there would have been a need to take back another save of the server.Or this morning my builts were there.
