Read the banlist a little more intensive, and thought back to what happened, and realized, "This was a first offense!" Anyway, I am sorry, do NOT know what went wrong (the car was solidered together) and would like to be unbanned to get back to building & spawning @ my FAVORITE server. Thank you for reading this.

His name wasn't in the player list and I didn't see him anywhere, so I assumed he was doing that to just mess with people, also I had been warning them not to mess with me while I was building and was getting annoyed. Overreacted. Sorry man.
