and please . . . xseba stop random banning. i hate that. it makes me raging

I vote for pban from Area51...
Reasons are..
1.He comes on the server just to piss admins off.
2.He spams A LOT in chat especially when he plays with admins.(Not only like 10sounds at once it's much more)
3.Constantly voteban admins.
4.When he is gagged he spams !admins and continues till he gets kick or ban.
5.It's not a good attitude for welcoming a new player and all other useless posts he makes.
