What's the big deal with Nazis? They only killed 6,000,000 Jews. I think it would be great making a map mocking them.

To hang ppl, get your NPC (rebel I suggest) and have the illusion they are tied to a rope (look up how to make them on the SDK docs), then just put them in a pose where they are looking down or something.
